Please note that the purchase is not yet confirmed merely by completing the purchase process. The purchase is confirmed only after full or partial payment has been made, depending on the availability of payment in installments. However, if full payment has not been made before execution, the purchase is considered invalid, and we are not obliged to fulfill it. Regardless of the availability of payment in installments, full payment must be made before fulfillment. The contract with us becomes valid only when we issue a confirmation of purchase stating all details of the purchase. We will execute your purchase only when we receive full payment. Carefully check the purchase confirmation and inform us immediately if anything seems wrong or incomplete.<\/p>

The purchase is valid only if the customer has correctly and fully filled in all necessary data. If the purchase is successfully processed, the customer is notified by e-mail. Providing correct personal data, especially e-mail addresses, is of key importance for a successful and valid purchase. A purchase with incorrect personal user data can be considered invalid.<\/p>

A purchase can be made for multiple users, whereby the user who made the purchase is the contract holder and responsible to the contact person for all others, unless agreed otherwise in writing. However, we will not be liable in the event that any third party obtains personal information or data in an unauthorized manner, except through our own negligence. If we cancel your purchase or have to change it, you are not entitled to any compensation or damages.
